Trivia
This live edition of Top of the Pops is well known as “All About Eve” were ready to do a mimed performance of their hit “Martha’s Harbour”. They were not played the backing track through their monitors, and so sat motionless while the television audience could hear the track being played.
This was the last time Janice Long presented TOTP. The next time she appeared was to present the last weekly edition of TOTP in July 2006.
