Double Dutch skipping is performed by a US group of kids, whilst the audience dance to “Thriller” by Michael Jackson at the end of the show.
This is the last episode to feature the original 1981 'Top Ten' and 'The Charts' logo graphics on the studio screens during the presenter links.
Jimmy Savile briefly interviews skipping group 'Double Dutch' from the US, and at the end of the episode they skip whilst the audience dances to "Thriller" by Michael Jackson.
This episode has not been repeated on BBC Four since late 2012, as it is presented by Jimmy Savile.
